We’re looking for a Head of Engineering to join our APAC System and Service Team to be based in Singapore.
As a Head of Engineering, you will be leading Engineering team in the technical design and system commissioning for our S&S projects across APAC region.

Responsibilities:
You will be leading the System Engineers to
- Provide technical expertise in sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation and maintenance, Fix issues upon the request of the Systems Architect Manager
- Develop and Implement the Testing and Commissioning strategy, plans and processes
- Provide input into the Division activities to ensure Testing and Commissioning requirements are incorporated at early release of the system.
- Solve complex issues at customers’ site
- Deploy development plans for team members and continually elevates the capabilities of the team, planning of resources and 3rd party networks.
- Validates delivered solution ensuring all building blocks are functioning according to specifications and ensuring Lifecycle services capabilities
- Monitor and control system performance and be accountable for performance of the system against the budget
More about you
- Master or Bachelor degree in engineering, technology/sciences, or a related discipline
- 10+ years of working experiences in a fast-paced technology/engineering industry with proven track record in integrated and cloud solutions: design, installation and commissioning
- People management experience is a must
- Sound knowledge and experience in the development and implementation of test and commissioning strategies and management plans
- Exposure in IoT and built environment is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a strong customer focus
- Knowledgeable with lighting controls & sub-systems and different drawing software is an advantage
