What will you be doing:

  • Leading the full lifecycle of corporate development projects, including fundraising, M&A, partnerships and strategic growth initiatives with internal and external stakeholders
  • Build financial models and participate in financial planning and analysis
  • Conduct in-depth market research, industry analysis, and due diligence
  • Produce high-quality business proposals, presentations, and relevant write-ups
  • Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders including investors and banks
  • Lead and participate in ad-hoc projects
  • Working alongside senior leadership 

Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic, operational, or analytical environments such as Corp Dev, Investment Banking, Management Consulting or VC preferably in Fintech or Tech
  • Experience in partnering with cross-functional teams and navigating communications with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Skillfulness to formulate business opportunities thoroughly, propose sound business cases and drive progress.
  • Strong versatility and quick learner
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with the APAC region (especially SEA).
