What you will do

You will be responsible for driving the development and execution of strategic business solutions that align with our company’s goals and objectives.  You will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement, working collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver cutting edge solutions that enhances our competitive advantage as a leading health AI and platform services company in Asia.  You will be critical in supporting clients to transform their local businesses (e.g., health insurance operations) to deploy and operate the products successfully.

You will report to the Chief Executive Officer.

How you would make a difference

As Head Business Solutions, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Lead the design, development and implementation of innovative business solutions that drive growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Product Development, Data Analytics, Operations and Technology etc) to ensure solutions developed are aligned with market needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including clients, partners and regulatory bodies
  • Act as a trusted partner, understand their needs and translate them into actionable solutions
  • Drive operational excellence in business processes and workflows, optimising efficiency and effectiveness
  • Identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation to enhance productivity
  • Develop and manage the P&L for business solutions initiatives, ensuring cost-effective delivery of projects
  • Monitor financial performance and make data-driven decisions to achieve ROI targets
  • Ensure product meet customer needs and provide excellent customer experience.  This involves conducting or overseeing user research, collecting and analyzing customer feedback and making necessary product improvements
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to drive continuous improvement and innovation
  • Foster a collaborative and creative work environment that encourages professional growth

What you need to be successful

  • Proven experience in business solutions development and implementation in the health insurance or health technology sector
  • Proven experience in providing consulting services preferably engagement of B2B clients. 
  • Preferably experienced managing P&L of business solutions initiatives
  • Preferably a bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.  Strong ability to work cross-functionally, build and manage high performing teams across different geographies. Strong understanding of health insurance industry and technology products
  • Proactive, with an ability to anticipate future needs.  Detail-oriented, with strong organization and project management skills.  Customer-focused, with a strong desire to create products that meet customer needs
  • Strong understanding of current technology trends and experience with product development tools and methodologies
  • Embrace growth mindset, enjoys multi-tasking and take on additional responsibilities as required
  • Strong sense of urgency and bias for action to get things done and achieve outcomes
  • Strong ability to achieve outstanding outcomes with lean teams
