Airalo is looking for a Head of Business Development to join the Airalo Partnerships department. Expensive roaming and physical SIM cards are passe. The future of connectivity, for leisure and business travelers, is through eSIMs. As the undisputed industry leader in the B2C segment, we are looking to extend our leadership to the B2B (business travel) and the B2B2C (resellers) channels. As the Head of Business Development for the APAC market, you will lead Airalo’s B2B and B2B2C strategy and execution to ensure Airalo’s presence across the business travel and reseller channels in the region.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Work closely with our Director of Partnerships and other team members in the department
  • Collaborate with the Growth team and partnerships specialists for market mapping of small, medium and enterprise prospects for Airalo Business and travel
  • Onboard and support new partners as they join the Airalo Partners community
  • Build and maintain fruitful relationships with key stakeholders in the partner organization to drive mutual benefits
  • Drive visibility, awareness and adoption for Airalo in the partner organization
  • Design and manage a program to educate businesses on eSIM adoption
  • Support research efforts to keep track of competing developments in the market(s) to help maintain Airalo’s status as the preferred provider across partners
  • Collaborate and work with different internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute projects/opportunities successfully
  • Own and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual OKRs with regular tracking and progress reports

  • Must Haves


  • 7+ years of experience in corporate sales (preferred) or channel sales in the relevant market(s)
  • Experience in the travel and / or telecom industry or with corporate sales in a consumer business
  • You must be able to forge and nurture relationships with stakeholders across the channel
  • Ability to narrate a good story - Airalo’s unique story and the problem we solve for our users makes it a compelling pitch for customers and partners
  • Ability to employ sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, consultative selling, and solution sellingAbility to multi-task
  • Experience with sales and partnerships tools
  • Perfect verbal and written communication skills in English and another regional language
