This role is perfect for someone who thrives on challenge, enjoys traveling to diverse markets, and excels in driving and shaping certified store operations across our retail landscapes.
Core Responsibilities
We are looking for a partner business expert to drive commercial success, sustainable growth and operational excellence for the B2B Branded Channels (LEGO Certified Stores, stores within the Merlin estate and Travel Retail), shaping and driving our global partnering business worldwide. Your responsibilities will be along the full value chain including:
- Develop a robust Commercial Model: Lead the creation and governance of a sustainable business model that ensures brand consistency and effective partner management.
- Expand Our Global Footprint: Drive the strategic expansion of B2B Branded Channels, establishing a successful and consistent network to fuel sustainable growth.

- Be a Strategic Partner: Collaborate closely with regional and local teams, acting as a strategic ally to drive business success.
- Guard Our Global Brand: Maintain brand integrity across our 900+ stores, adapting to regional and local nuances.
- Foster Collaborative Partnerships: Work with our 60 partners to create mutual value and drive shared success.
- Lead a Diverse Team: Inspire and manage a team of 15, including leaders, and indirectly guide a community of global B2B Branded Channels professionals.
As the Head of B2B Branded Channels, you will be part of the Global Commercial Development Leadership Team. The channel is on an exciting journey, becoming increasingly brand-led, mature and data-driven. This is an area with momentum and a team with ambition, resilience, and drive. Whoever leads the next chapter will be lucky!
Do you have what it takes:
- Extensive experience in B2B branded retail or franchise management within a consumer or lifestyle brand.
- Transformational leader with a strong track record in elevating and professionalizing a business/channel.

- Ability to simplify and make clear decisions within a complex environment.
- Hands-on experience managing external partners or franchise networks with proven ability to get results and maintain relationships.
- Strong commercial foresight — including partner management, shopper experience, operational levers and store performance.
