The Head of AI Transformation, Business Operationsis a senior strategic leader responsible for defining, driving, and delivering technology-led business transformation initiatives across ‘Infrastructure Solutions’. The role owns the end-to-end lifecycle of innovation initiatives — from identifying strategic opportunities and shaping transformation roadmaps through to execution, adoption, and realization of measurable business value.
This role focuses particularly on leveraging Agentic AI, Generative AI, intelligent automation, advanced analytics, and emerging technologies to transform business operations, customer experiences, decision-making, and workforce productivity. The Senior Business Innovation & Agentic AI Transformation Lead acts as a catalyst for innovation within ‘Infrastructure Solutions’, ensuring that emerging technologies are translated into scalable business capabilities and sustainable competitive advantage.
The role works closely with senior business leaders, Corporate IT, Digital, Data & AI teams, and external innovation partners to define and implement strategic transformation initiatives aligned to business priorities. This individual is expected to combine strategic vision, technology expertise, operational execution, and strong business leadership to accelerate innovation and transformation outcomes across the organization.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads the identification, prioritization, design, and execution of strategic business transformation initiatives across ‘Infrastructure Solutions’, with a strong focus on Agentic AI and emerging technologies.
- Owns the end-to-end delivery of innovation and transformation programs from concept development through implementation, adoption, scaling, and value realization.
- Partners with senior business leaders to identify opportunities where technology-led innovation can improve business performance, customer outcomes, operational efficiency, and organizational agility.
- Defines and drives the ‘Infrastructure Solutions’ innovation and AI transformation roadmap aligned to strategic business objectives and enterprise priorities.
- Leads the incubation, prototyping, and scaling of innovative business capabilities leveraging Agentic AI, Generative AI, intelligent automation, advanced analytics, and digital platforms.
- Drives transformation initiatives that redesign business processes, decision-making models, operating structures, and customer engagement approaches through AI-enabled capabilities.
- Acts as the primary business owner for innovation initiatives, ensuring accountability for outcomes, delivery timelines, adoption, governance, and measurable business value.
- Collaborates with Corporate IT, Digital, Data & AI teams, and external technology partners to ensure scalable, secure, and sustainable implementation of transformation initiatives.
- Establishes governance frameworks, operating models, and execution approaches for AI-enabled business transformation initiatives.
- Leads stakeholder engagement and organizational change activities to accelerate adoption and embed new capabilities into business operations.
- Defines value measurement frameworks and KPIs to track transformation impact, business benefits, operational improvements, and return on investment.
- Researches and evaluates emerging technologies, market trends, competitor innovation activity, and evolving AI capabilities to identify strategic opportunities for ‘Infrastructure Solutions’.
- Builds strong relationships with external innovation ecosystems, technology vendors, startups, and industry partners to accelerate innovation maturity and capability development.
- Champions a culture of innovation, experimentation, continuous learning, and responsible AI adoption across the organization.
- Ensures responsible, ethical, and compliant use of AI technologies aligned to enterprise governance, regulatory, and risk management standards.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Technology, Innovation Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Postgraduate qualification in Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation, Business Strategy, or Innovation Management would be advantageous.
- Certifications in AI, Digital Transformation, Innovation Management, Agile, Product Management, Design Thinking, or Change Management are advantageous.
- Certifications such as PMP, Certified Digital Transformation Professional (CDTP), or AI-related certifications would be beneficial.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments and transformation governance frameworks is desirable.
Required Experience:
- Advanced demonstrated experience leading business transformation, digital innovation, or AI-driven strategic initiatives within a global organization.
- Proven experience owning and delivering end-to-end transformation programs from strategy development through implementation and value realization.
- Demonstrated experience identifying, developing, and scaling AI-enabled or technology-led business capabilities.
- Experience driving operational transformation, process redesign, and organizational change through emerging technologies and AI capabilities.
- Strong experience collaborating across business, technology, digital, and data functions to deliver strategic business outcomes.
- Experience working with Agentic AI concepts, AI orchestration, intelligent automation, or autonomous workflow capabilities is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders and driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
