Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers, fostering growth and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define AI project goals and deliverables.
- Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms to tackle complex business challenges.
- Oversee the AI model lifecycle, including data collection, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Stay ahead of AI and machine learning trends, ensuring best practices are incorporated into our solutions.
- Utilize advanced analytics and visualization techniques to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and efficient.
- Lead research efforts to explore new AI techniques and innovations.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an AI Engineer or Data Scientist, with a track record of leading AI projects.
- Strong proficiency in machine learning frameworks and programming languages (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Expertise in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
