We are searching for the best talent for Head of Aesthetics & Reconstruction ROAPAC.

Purpose: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director for our Aesthetics & Reconstruction (A&R) business in the Rest of Asia Pacific (ROAPAC) region. In this role, you will provide decisive leadership in all areas of marketing and sales related to branding, market segmentation, customer insight, product positioning, distributor management, KOL engagement and competitive dynamics. You will assess business models and operating principles, aligned with global strategies, that hold regional and local relevance to ensure success with a focus on critical business priorities, talent, and culture plans to grow the business. You will become a member of A&R leadership team.

 

Reports to: Worldwide President, Aesthetics & Reconstruction

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Develop and implement robust regional marketing strategies for the Breast Aesthetics & Reconstruction (A&R) portfolio, aligned with business objectives and driving overall market growth across the ROAPAC region.

  • Direct and coordinate critical processes across ROAPAC related to business planning, marketing planning, portfolio management, life cycle management, market research, business performance tracking including P&L monitoring of the business units and geographies, product launch execution, and multichannel marketing.

  • Holds accountability for business results at ROAPAC A&R business unit level and drives the relevant financial planning and reporting activities for ROAPAC A&R at Global A&R BU level.

  • Develops and directs activities for the ROAPAC A&R marketing and sales teams in accomplishing goals, objectives and strategies within business policies.

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, global teams, clinical education, legal, finance, compliance, supply and HR to ensure successful execution of marketing and sales initiatives.

  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and strategic opportunities across the ROAPAC region.

  • Design and deploy targeted promotional campaigns and digital marketing efforts that engage healthcare professionals and patients, showcasing the benefits of our products and solutions.

  • Forecasting customer demand and participating in development of demand forecasts across product lines

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of local commercial professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), medical associations and industry influencers to elevate the visibility and credibility of our A&R portfolio.

  • Represent at industry conferences, trade shows, and events, promoting our A&R portfolio and gathering insights on market dynamics.

  • Design and deploy targeted promotional campaigns and digital marketing efforts that engage healthcare professionals and patients, showcasing the benefits of our products and solutions

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required. MS/MBA is preferred. 

  • A minimum of 12 years of business experience is required.  A minimum of 5 years of brand marketing experience and P&L experience is preferred.  

  • A minimum of 5 years of prior leadership experience with people management responsibility with talent development track record is required.

  • Design and deploy targeted promotional campaigns and digital marketing efforts that engage healthcare professionals and patients, showcasing the benefits of our products and solutions.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales & marketing strategies that drive significant business growth -.

  • Proven track record of strategic product management and successful leadership in dynamic environments.

  • Experience with different GTM models is preferred.

  • Market development or value/demand creation through experience with customer and market insights or through experience in marketing or other critical functions (e.g., sales, operations, R&D, finance, business development, etc.)

  • Strong understanding of regional regulatory requirements and quality standards in the medical device field.

  • High strategic mindset, with ability to simplify and translate data into insights and decisions

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse audiences.

  • Experience in marketing programs to create new markets or market segments is required. 

  • Knowledge of marketing research and analysis, including Voice of the Customer (VOC) is required.
