Key Responsibilities
- Monitor inline quality and respond to defect excursions and Host abort holds
- Perform structured troubleshooting across material, tool, and system domains
- Execute SOP/OCAP to ensure consistent and efficient lot disposition
- Maintain tool health, recipe performance, and system stability
- Collaborate with PIE, Equipment, and Quality teams to sustain HBM production
Ideal Candidate
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Background in semiconductor or inspection processes
- Able to make fast, data-driven decisions in a high-volume manufacturing environment
