HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
As an R&D Hardware Design Engineer, you’ll be part of a supportive and highly skilled engineering team, gaining hands‑on experience while building high‑performance networking products.

You will:

  • Learn and contribute to hardware design activities, including component selection, schematic design, board bring‑up, debugging, and validation.
  • Work with high‑speed digital designs and modern hardware technologies used in real products.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional and global teams to help bring products from concept to production.
  • Participate in feasibility studies, design margin analysis, and validation activities.
  • Support lab measurements, testing, and root‑cause analysis to meet performance and quality goals.
  • You’ll be guided by experienced engineers while building the skills and confidence to grow your career.

About You

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline (recent graduate or final‑year student).
  • Strong foundation in digital and analog circuit design from coursework, labs, or projects.
  • Curious, analytical mindset with a passion for solving engineering problems.
  • Interest in high‑speed design, signal integrity, and power distribution concepts.
  • Exposure to hardware measurement, testing, or characterization through academic labs or projects.
  • Familiarity with Cadence CAD tools (e.g., OrCAD, Allegro) from coursework or internships.
  • Basic programming or scripting experience in Python, MATLAB, or Perl is a plus.

  • Enjoys working in teams and is comfortable learning independently when needed.
  • Proactive, self‑motivated, and eager to take on new technical challenges.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to understand and explain technical concepts, schematics, and documentation.
