Combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management.

Sub-Job Family Description - Sales Assistant:
Advises our customers during the buying journey. Presents the collection using brand standards. As the visible face of the brand follows company values. Contributes to reaching set sales targets and enhances customer satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities

Sales & Client Service

  • Maintain and grow the clientele base by active engagement and excellent client service by active client engagement and regular communication.
  • Play an active role as Brand Ambassador by inculcating the brand vision to in still consumer brand loyalty.
  • Proactive achievement of monthly sales objectives
  • Follow-up on client enquiries and requests, including after sales services, proactively and independently.
  • Offer exceptional service standards, suggestions, and alternatives, as well as anticipating future needs.
  • Take a proactive learning approach in understanding best sellers, new arrivals, product knowledge and all category information.
  • Exercise teamwork and collaboration to ensure that client needs are placed at top priority.

Operations

  • Adhere to all in-store SOPs.
  • Assist with cashiering and daily closing settlement.
  • Stocks receiving and packing in the respective categories assigned.
  • All other related duties as assigned by the Store Manager

Inventory Control

  • Conduct category scans for inventory purposes
  • Assist with stock maintenance and cycle counts.
  • Replenishment of display merchandise as required.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar capacity from the retail or service industry preferably with a proven track record in luxury fashion
  • Customer service oriented and driven in sales
  • Independent individual with strong decision making skills
  • Inquisitive mindset with the ability to engage
  • Passionate in growing a career within the luxury fashion industry
