We’re looking for a GTM Sourcer to join our global Talent team and play a key role in building the go-to-market engine behind ElevenLabs. In this role, you’ll focus on sourcing exceptional revenue, partnerships, and growth talent across regions — Account Executives, Sales Development, Customer Success, Partnerships, Solutions Engineering roles, and more. You’ll be the strategic force behind top-of-funnel excellence in some of the most competitive talent markets in the world.

You’ll operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, juggling multiple searches at once, navigating geographical nuances, and uncovering high-potential GTM talent in places others don’t look. What your day might look like:
Mapping GTM talent markets across Middle East, APAC and other global regions — from quota-carrying roles to customer success and post-sales functions.
Running multiple high-volume searches simultaneously while maintaining a strong bar for quality, speed, and precision.
Building creative sourcing strategies: using unconventional methods to reach top GTM talent.
Partnering closely with GTM Recruiters and hiring leaders to refine search criteria, calibrate on signals, and build high-quality pipelines.
Serving as an early ambassador for ElevenLabs — your outreach shapes candidates’ first impression and sets the tone for the entire process.
Demonstrated experience sourcing top 1% of GTM talent: Account Executives, SDRs, Customer Success, Partnerships, Solutions, or other revenue-facing roles.
Comfortable operating in high-volume, fast-paced, geographically diverse searches — you stay sharp and focused even when handling many moving parts across regions.
Strong sourcing fundamentals: expert use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, social channels, market mapping, and signal-based targeting.
Ability to understand regional nuances - especially in EMEA, the Americas, and emerging markets - and adapt outreach and strategies accordingly.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — crisp, compelling outreach that resonates with commercial candidates.
Highly motivated, analytical, and excited about solving complex talent problems with a first-principles mindset.

Experience working in high-growth startups or similarly fast-moving environments.
Exposure to revenue-driven or quota-carrying orgs — understanding how top GTM performers operate.
