About the Role
We're looking for a driven and proactive GTM Intern to join our team and help accelerate Manus's market expansion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, customer engagement, product marketing, and community building. You'll work directly on initiatives that drive customer acquisition, partnership development and market positioning—gaining hands-on experience in building go-to-market motions from the ground up at a cutting-edge AI startup.
Responsibilities
Customer & Partner Engagement:
•Drive customer and partner outreach: Identify, research, and engage with potential customers, partners, and strategic accounts via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
•Own the follow-up and relationship-building process: Maintain engagement momentum through timely follow-ups, video calls, and meetings.
•Conduct business solutioning and product positioning: Work closely with prospects and partners to understand their pain points, explore how Manus can address their needs, and develop compelling use cases that demonstrate clear value and ROI.
•Support sales and partnership discussions: Engage with business executives, decision-makers, and technical stakeholders to align on objectives, scope opportunities, and support deal progression.
Community & Events:
•Plan and execute community events: Take ownership of the full event lifecycle—from concept to execution.
•Manage event operations: Handle the tactical details that make events successful.
•Build and nurture community: Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage the Manus user community.
•Foster community connections: Create opportunities for community members to connect with each other and with the Manus team, including organizing community challenges, facilitating peer-to-peer learning sessions, highlighting community success stories, and building programs that recognize and reward active contributors.
Operations & Enablement:
•Manage CRM and pipelines: Track and manage leads, opportunities, and partnership pipelines using CRM tools, ensuring data accuracy and follow-through.
•Design customer success playbooks: Help develop scalable onboarding playbooks, tutorials, guides, and customer education materials that drive product adoption and satisfaction.
•Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Growth teams to ensure alignment on positioning, messaging, and strategic priorities.
•Bridge product capabilities with market needs: Develop a strong understanding of Manus's product features, technical architecture, and positioning to confidently map solutions to customer and partner challenges.
Requirements
Education & Background:
•Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Core Skills:
•Excellent communication skills: Comfortable engaging with business executives and technical stakeholders across email, video calls, and in-person meetings.
•Technical curiosity: Able to discuss both business value and technical considerations in customer and partnership contexts.
•Highly organized and proactive: Capable of managing multiple pipelines, projects, and stakeholders simultaneously with attention to detail
•Self-starter mentality with eagerness to learn in a fast-moving startup environment.
•Passion for AI, technology, and startups.
Bonus
•Prior internship or project experience in B2B sales, partnerships, go-to-market strategy, growth marketing, consulting, or VC.
•Experience using Manus or familiarity with AI agent platforms.
