Mission:

Drive user and brand growth in Japan through localized content, community building, and scalable influencer (KOL / creator) campaigns; turn market feedback into product insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and publish localized content (LinkedIn, X); ensure quality and consistency.

  • Review influencer shortlists and scripts (brand fit, compliance, audience relevance).

  • Coordinate with agencies and creators; handle part of influencer / partner email inbox.

  • Launch and track influencer campaigns (reach, engagement, conversion metrics).

  • Build and nurture online community; support selective offline meetups.

  • Collect and synthesize user and creator feedback for product localization.

  • Monitor growth dashboards; optimize based on data (A/B tests, funnel metrics).

  • Maintain organized documentation (briefs, trackers, post-mortems).

Qualifications:
  • Business-level Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent) required for responsibilities such as reviewing Japanese scripts, engaging the local community, and ensuring accurate localized content.

  • 3+ years in social / community / growth with hands-on influencer or agency experience.

  • Proven growth or campaign impact (e.g., user acquisition, retention, ROI).

  • Experience reviewing creator scripts & vetting influencer lists.

  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with basic performance metrics.

  • Familiarity with Japanese AI / tech user landscape.

Nice to Have:
  • Study or work experience in Japan.

  • Managing multiple agencies, creator compensation knowledge.

  • Exposure to AI / developer or SaaS growth tools.

  • Experience in content creation with demonstrated ability to develop effective promotional strategies for AI tools.

  • Strong communication skills with ability to clearly explain AI tool usage and best practices to diverse audiences.
