• Responsible for paid traffic growth, developing media source/new paid ads channels/agencies according to the company's strategic goals;

• Optimize budget, creatives, placement, audience in order to achieve ROAS/ROI targets (Twitter, Facebook/Instagram or other social media channels)

• Track weekly / monthly / quarterly channel KPI targets to manage budget and resources effectively

• Plan, execute and report for local market teams to promote market specific campaigns

• Participate in conferences and events to stay close and ahead of current market trends; identify potential business, collaboration opportunities.

• Experience with media buying from performance marketing agency, fintech or financial industry;

• Hands-on experience setting up and optimising app installation campaigns is a must;

• Good command of the English language; Mandarin will be a plus;

• Strong network within the Crypto & Blockchain space,resources of agencies/community/kol/influcer is a plus;

• Proven track record in paid ads / performance marketing;

• Comes with a positive attitude, great interpersonal and communication skills, strong logical thinking and result-oriented mindset.

• Experience using appsflyer, ampliture/tableau will be a plus;
