As a Growth Channel Associate you'd be able to work on and solve many interesting challenges which we are facing, learn new ways of working, and help build delightful high quality products for our customers.  


Job Description 

We are looking for an energetic and bubbly individual to showcase our products to educate and ease Trust customers into the digital banking space. The Growth Channel Associate (Bancassurance) supports the bancassurance sales team by designing, running and optimising growth campaigns that drive sales productivity and revenue. This role acts as the bridge between growth strategy and frontline execution, ensuring campaigns are commercially sharp, well-run, and deliver measurable outcomes.


The Role Responsibility: 

  • Partner closely with the Bancassurance Sales team to drive product sales and revenue uplift, translate business targets into actionable sales campaigns and initiatives as well as identify opportunities to increase conversion, cross-sell and upsell across customer segments.
  • Conceptualise, plan, and execute end-to-end sales campaigns (e.g incentives, limited-time offers, bundled propositions).
  • Work with internal stakeholders (product, marketing, data and operations) to launch campaigns smoothly and on time.
  • Track campaign performance against key metrics (sales volume, conversion rates, revenue, productivity).
  • Drive service delight and process improvement initiatives to improve overall customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS) at Trust Experience Centre
  • Deliver great customer experiences in a very active environment and to be invigorated by constant personal interaction.
  • Educate and help less digitally savvy customers to understand and adopt digital banking.

Our Ideal Candidate: 

  • 4 years of experience in Channel Sales.
  • Result oriented and ability to work in fast paced & fluid environment.
  • Strong communication skills - approachable, a good listener and empathetic.
  • Experience working in fintechs and/or other technology startup will be a plus.
  • Passionate about technology and eager to share that passion with others.
  • Ability and willingness to learn quickly and get up to speed on all aspects of the business.
  • Willing to work weekends/public holidays (5-day work week).
