Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Group Tax Manager to lead our global tax function. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of corporate taxation, including compliance, planning, reporting, and risk management across multiple jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation in tax, a deep understanding of international tax frameworks, and the ability to align tax strategies with business objectives. This is a high-impact role that involves working closely with senior leadership, regional finance teams, and external advisors to ensure the company’s tax position is well-managed and optimized in support of our global growth.

What you will be responsible for:

• Design and implement effective global tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure full compliance
• Manage corporate income tax, VAT/GST, withholding tax, and transfer pricing matters across all regions
• Lead tax compliance and reporting activities, ensuring deadlines and statutory requirements are met
• Provide tax support for M&A, restructuring, financing, and other strategic business initiatives
• Monitor and interpret global tax legislation and assess the impact on business operations
• Serve as the primary contact for external tax advisors and regulatory bodies
• Prepare and present consolidated tax forecasts, effective tax rate analysis, and reporting for management
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls over tax-related processes
• Develop internal tax guidelines and provide training across departments as needed

How you will stand out:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field (CPA, CA or equivalent certification is a plus)
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, ideally with a combination of Big Four and multinational corporate exposure
• Strong understanding of direct & indirect tax laws, tax accounting, and transfer pricing principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong business acumen and experience collaborating with commercial and legal teams
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
