Job Description
Purpose of the Role:
To design and implement initiatives that foster employee well-being and recognition across UOB Singapore and groupwide, ensuring alignment with UOB’s values and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Wellness Activities (Singapore Focus)
- Plan and Design: Develop holistic wellness programs covering physical, mental, financial, and social well-being, aligned with UOB’s philosophy of Care, Growth, and Trust.
- Implementation: Coordinate logistics, communications (eDMs, MyUOB articles), and vendor partnerships for wellness activities such as health talks, webinars, and fitness challenges.
- Engagement: Drive participation through creative campaigns and reminders, leveraging internal platforms and employee feedback loops.
- Measurement: Track engagement metrics and evaluate program effectiveness for continuous improvement.
2. The UOB Way Exemplary Award (Groupwide)
- Program Extension: Scale the award nomination process across all UOB entities globally, ensuring consistency and inclusivity.
- Process Management: Oversee nomination workflows, evaluation committee coordination, and scoring frameworks (e.g., Role Model, Clearly Exemplary).
- Communications: Develop and execute campaigns to encourage nominations, including eDMs, microsite updates, and winner announcements.
- Governance: Ensure compliance with award criteria emphasizing UOB Values—United, Committed, Honorable, Enterprising—and proactive risk management.
3. Ad Hoc Benefits-Related Tasks
- Assist with occasional benefits-related activities or projects as required, which may not be explicitly listed in this job description.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Creative communication and campaign design capabilities.
- Analytical mindset for program evaluation and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Experience in employee engagement, wellness programs, or recognition initiatives.

1) Fresh grads who graduated in 2024/2025
2) Training duration 6 months
3) Must be Singaporean/PR
