Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Support : Provide comprehensive project support, including progress tracking, data analysis, scheduling, documentation, and coordination of logistical activities to ensure smooth project execution.
  • AI Adoption : Actively leverage AI tools and solutions across delivery activities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to discussions, supporting project deliverables, and helping achieve overall team objectives.
  • Problem-Solving : Identify project challenges, analyze root causes, and propose practical, data-driven solutions to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes.
  • Continuous Learning : Demonstrate a strong learning mindset by acquiring new skills through hands-on tasks, industry exposure, and guidance from experienced team members.
  • Communication : Support the development of clear, well-structured project documentation, presentations, and reports for internal and stakeholder communication.
  • Industry Insight : Build awareness of industry trends, best practices, and operational environments through active participation in team initiatives and projects.

Job Requirements

  • Educational Background : Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Computer Science, with a strong interest in applying academic knowledge to real-world projects.
  • Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and professionally to diverse stakeholders.
  • Teamwork : Proven ability to collaborate effectively within diverse, cross-functional teams and contribute positively toward shared goals.
  • Analytical Skills : Basic proficiency in data analysis, critical thinking, and structured problem-solving to support decision-making and project outcomes.
  • Technical Skills : Demonstrated interest in and foundational knowledge of AI concepts and tools is required. Familiarity with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Organizational Skills : Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain effective time management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability : Willingness to learn, embrace new challenges, and adapt quickly to evolving business and technology needs.
  • Professional Attitude : Proactive, responsible, and highly motivated, with a strong desire to contribute to team and organizational success.
