Job ResponsibilitiesGroup Financial Consolidation & Reporting
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual group financial consolidation
  • Manage intercompany eliminations (revenue, COGS, fees, loans, interest)
  • Handle multi-currency consolidation and FX translation
  • Prepare group financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules
  • Provide documentation and support for audit and tax requirements
FP&A, Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long‑range financial planning
  • Conduct budget vs. actual variance analysis with meaningful insights
  • Develop scenario and sensitivity models to support decision‑making
  • Partner with regional teams to support business planning and performance reviews
E-Commerce Financial Analysis
  • Perform Amazon and DTC P&L analysis across markets
  • Analyze SKU‑level performance and product margins
  • Evaluate marketing ROI, logistics costs, and operational efficiency
  • Review FX, VAT/GST, returns, and other e‑commerce financial drivers
Governance & IPO Readiness
  • Strengthen group financial controls and governance processes
  • Harmonize group-wide accounting policies
  • Support audits, financial due diligence, and IPO‑readiness initiatives
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CA, or CIMA preferred
  • 5–8 years of experience in consolidation and FP&A
  • Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency environments
  • E-commerce or consumer electronics industry experience preferred
  • Oracle NetSuite (mandatory) — hands‑on system experience
  • Power BI proficiency required
  • Strong knowledge of financial consolidation and FP&A best practices
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and hands-on working style
