Job Description

We are currently looking for a Campus Recruiter (Trainee) to support our early careers and campus hiring initiatives. This role offers meaningful exposure across both campus engagement activities and end-to-end recruitment, and will be well-suited for someone who is keen to build a career in talent acquisition.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Support and manage campus recruitment events, such as career fairs, talks, and engagement sessions with universities and polytechnics

  • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth event execution

  • Be involved in hiring activities, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and candidate engagement

  • Gain hands-on exposure to early careers recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives
