Job Description
We are currently looking for a Campus Recruiter (Trainee) to support our early careers and campus hiring initiatives. This role offers meaningful exposure across both campus engagement activities and end-to-end recruitment, and will be well-suited for someone who is keen to build a career in talent acquisition.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Support and manage campus recruitment events, such as career fairs, talks, and engagement sessions with universities and polytechnics
Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth event execution
Be involved in hiring activities, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and candidate engagement
Gain hands-on exposure to early careers recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives
