Job Responsibilities :As a Social Media Trainee in Razer's Regional Marketing Team, you will step into the exciting world of gaming hardware, software, and services. As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to digital and social media marketing while working on projects of varying scale that directly impact Razer’s brand presence across the Asia-Pacific region.Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management – Run, monitor, and optimise social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and product sales.
 - Agency Collaboration – Work closely with social media agencies on campaign optimisation, performance tracking, and reporting.
 - Social Listening – Monitor conversations and sentiment around newly launched products.
 - Competitor Analysis – Track competitor activities across digital and social platforms, identifying strengths and gaps.
 - Content Planning & Engagement – Support planning, creation, and monitoring of localised content to boost reach and community engagement.
 - Market Research – Observe industry trends, study target audiences, and identify insights to guide marketing strategies.
 - Brand Tracking – Track Razer’s brand presence in the region and highlight potential areas for improvement.
 
Learning Objectives
- Real-world exposure to marketing in a fast-paced gaming tech company.

Pre-requisites
- Able to commit for 6 months, full-time for maximum learning exposure
 - Fresh graduate pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
 - Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
 - Fast learner, self-motivated, and upbeat team player.
 - Detail-oriented and organised, with strong multitasking ability.
 - Passion for digital and social marketing with a keen interest in consumer behaviour and industry trends.
 - Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
 - Interest in gaming/esports is highly preferred.
