Job Responsibilities :

As the Razer.com E-commerce Operations Trainee within the Sales & Merchandising team, you will play a key role in bringing promotions and campaigns to life on our website. This is a junior position suited for fresh graduates, individuals reskilling into e-commerce, or career switchers eager to gain hands-on experience in digital commerce.

Responsibilities 

  • Assist in setting up and executing promotional programs for Razer.com, supporting the Category Managers. 
  • Coordinate with Site Operations and Web Content teams to ensure products are displayed and promoted correctly from landing page to checkout. 
  • Monitor and maintain active promotions on the website, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. 
  • Perform regular checks on product listing pages (PLPs) and product detail pages (PDPs) to spot and report errors, keeping the customer journey smooth. 
  • Help plan promotional landing pages with the right mix of products to maximize conversion and revenue. 
  • Assist in preparing reports on the performance of promotional programs and provide learnings for future improvements. 
     

Preferred Skills and Qualifications 

  • Graduated with a Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field (or equivalent reskilling program). 
  • Basic understanding of pricing, promotions, and/or e-commerce systems is a plus. 
  • Strong attention to detail with an analytical and customer-focused mindset. 
  • Comfortable working with data (Excel/Sheets) to track promotions and performance. 
  • Good communication skills and a willingness to collaborate across teams. 
  • Highly motivated, eager to learn, and passionate about e-commerce and gaming. 
  • Able to commit to a 6 months, full-time traineeship.
