Your Role
As a Graduate Trainee in our Client Service Operations division, you will:
Organize and optimize information systems
Improve SharePoint accessibility and efficiency
Support project administration and setup
Assist with task configuration and automation initiatives
Manage stakeholders and track reports
Monitor reporting and guide stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate submissions
Provide scheduling and operational support
Contribute to operational excellence by coordinating key activities and managing senior leadership schedules
Your Profile
Program duration: 12 months
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Business Analytics, or STEM
0–2 years of experience in operations support, project coordination, or information management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good collaboration and communication skills
