In this graduate role, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers and cross-functional teams to support and optimize industrial automation, control systems, and digital operations technologies—contributing directly to the reliability and performance of our manufacturing systems.
Let’s Talk About the Role
Assist in implementing and supporting manufacturing control systems (PLCs, SCADA, MES), gaining hands-on experience with the tools that power modern production.
Troubleshoot OT-related technical issues to keep operations running smoothly, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.
Follow established OH&S and OT cybersecurity guidelines to help maintain a safe and secure manufacturing environment.
Support the introduction and maintenance of OT infrastructure, including industrial networks and system interfaces, building strong technical foundations.
Participate in validation and documentation activities to ensure system changes meet compliance and regulatory standards.
Contribute to quality and efficiency initiatives through digitization and process automation projects.
Apply engineering principles to troubleshoot and enhance integrated IT/OT systems.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, IT, Quality, and Product teams to deliver secure, scalable technology solutions.

Let’s Talk About You
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer, Industrial, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
Foundational understanding of manufacturing systems and industrial technology platforms.
Ability to follow established practices and apply basic engineering theories to troubleshoot technical issues.
Demonstrated interest in operational systems, controls, or manufacturing automation.
Preferred:
Exposure to PLCs, SCADA, or MES systems through academic projects or internships.
Understanding of industrial networking or protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC-UA, Ethernet/IP).
Interest in cybersecurity, smart factories, or IT/OT integration initiatives.
