Job Description
Rockwell Automation is hiring for Graduate Engineer that will be working on Rockwell Automation products, software. Graduate Engineer at Rockwell Automation will play a key role in enhancing our customers' manufacturing operations by applying solutions with Rockwell Automation products and software and helping customers with increased productivity, improved operational efficiency, and reliable solutions tailored to their unique challenges. This helps customers achieve smoother processes, faster problem resolution, and sustainable business growth. You will report to the Cybersecurity services organization based in Singapore.
Your Responsibilities:
- Learn products, software and gain practical experience in projects/services/other functions
- The candidate will assume responsibility for either Project Engineer (PE) / Field Service Engineer (FSE)
Responsibilities of Project Engineer (PE)
o Design Verification
o Solution development
o Programming and commissioning of Automation products and software
o Support Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)
o Understands networks, communication and provide network solutions to customer
o Onsite visits, commissioning & take accountability in project execution
o Gain knowledge on industrial applications and solutions
Responsibilities of Field Service Engineer (FSE)
o Learn and update knowledge on products and software
o Visit customer site, support customers in preventive and periodic maintenance of products
o Support customers in emergency machine breakdown, resolve issues to increase the uptime of customer machine/operation
o You will Accomplish Instal Base Evaluation, suggest solutions/parts and obsolescence management
o Develop solutions for upgradation/migration projects
o Support commissioning and execution of projects
o Support in contract management & to improve customer experience
The Essentials - You Will Have:
SKEEs (Skills, Education, and Experience):
- Bachelor Engineering Degree in any of the following responsibilities like Electronics / Electronics & Communication/ Computers and IT.
- Candidates with formal education or projects in Cybersecurity.
- Fresh graduate / Less than 12 months experience in the field
- You have knowledge of core subjects with basic knowledge of Digital Electronics, Basics of Electricals and Programming Languages, Cyber solutions, Networks
