Business Unit Overview
Global Product Solutions (“GPS”) was formed in 2024 with a mission to innovate, curate and commercialize the full breadth of our investment platform for what our clients need, wherever they are. The team is responsible for driving commercial investment priorities across the platform, innovating the next wave of products and solutions, accelerating our iShares adoption, sharpening our commercial focus on active products and helping clients build better portfolios via actionable market and portfolio insights.
Job Purpose/Background:
We are seeking a highly motivated Analyst to join the APAC Solutions and Structuring team within GPS. Solutions is a strategic priority for BlackRock globally. The team is responsible for business development and structuring of Solutions across the region that enable the transformation of our clients’ businesses. It requires close collaboration with sales heads, country heads and a range of partner functions to identify, cultivate, project manage and deliver solutions-related sales and/or partnerships. The team also oversees the solutions governance and engagement model and manages relationships with associated teams within BlackRock to ensure the successful design and implementation of Solutions for our clients.
As an Analyst, you will play a key supporting role in the execution of solutions initiatives. You will contribute to the development of client proposals, assist in project coordination, and help maintain governance documentation. Each solutions partnership opportunity is unique, innovative, and transformative. This role offers strong learning and development opportunities through hands-on experience, mentorship from senior team members, and exposure to strategic client engagements. You will gain insight into BlackRock’s global investment platform and develop a broad understanding of how solutions are designed and delivered across markets.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Assist in the preparation of client pitches and solutions proposals, including research, data analysis, and presentation development.
Support the structuring and documentation of solutions opportunities, working closely with senior team members and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications to ensure smooth execution of solutions engagements.
Maintain and update governance materials, engagement models, and tracking tools related to solutions initiatives.
Build a working knowledge of BlackRock’s platform capabilities and apply insights to support client solutions.
Contribute to the team’s inclusive and collaborative culture by actively participating in team discussions and knowledge sharing.

Our hybrid work model
