Who we are looking for
A proven sales professional to be part of a regional sales team, with the primary responsibility of generating new business and managing existing client relationship and revenue retention effort for the GlobalLink suite of products; FX Connect / BestX / Trade Nexus and Currenex. The role holder will have a comprehensive knowledge of the sales process including opportunity spotting, qualifying leads, client presentations and pitches, commercial and legal frameworks, running workshops, leveraging firm wide contact points and institutional relationships, building credibility through thought leadership and market presence, demonstrating an understanding of the client challenges and operating paradigm.

What you will be responsible for

Responsible for assigned Currenex, FX Connect, Trade Nexus and other GL products;

Ensuring profitability of clients

Ensuring retention of clients

Drive client service focused initiatives within GLFX(GlobalLink FX) team but liaising globally where required. Using innovative ways to drive client satisfaction and thus increased market share. Ensure that client feedback and enhancements are vetted, specified accurately and escalated as necessary

Responsible with the revenue targets through the development, growth, expansion and retention of Currenex clients and FX Connect Sell-side clients in Japan

Be accountable for coordination/ ownership of client on-boarding, technical Implementation of the product/ service, client Servicing & relationship reviews, capturing enhancements & major bug requests, problem solving/ solutions for the client

Working with GLFX team to ensure all operational matters are effectively and efficiently addressed. Again with the aim of delivering a superb level of client service and ensuring client satisfaction.

Risk Excellence. Operate in compliance with internal and external regulations and make sure that escalation procedures are followed. Be mindful of the risk excellence culture at all times.
What we value

Undergraduate degree required and/or relevant professional qualification of 5+ years’ experience in trading technology or related markets; foreign exchange or money markets is a plus

Proven track record of driving business development, relationship management and serving clients

Demonstrated knowledge of electronic trading products

Proven initiative in building strong client relationships and resolving client problems

Demonstrated customer service orientation

Fully aware of all procedures, best practices, escalation policies and other codes of conduct relevant to the execution of the role

Proven high ethical standard
Education & Preferred Qualifications

Ideal candidate should have 5+ years of foreign exchange technology experience in the financial sector, preferably selling bank execution tools; white labeling solutions

A strong understanding of the eFX marketplace including pricing, execution, STP and product distribution tools

A strong understanding of both buy and sell side front office, middle office and back office functions and workflow

Fluent in Chinese and English

Strong computer skills, MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
