- Own the strategy and growth of top-tier data centre customers
- Lead global account plans and executive relationships
- Drive cross-sell and large, complex deal wins
- Influence product direction through Voice of Customer insights
- Orchestrate teams across regions, functions, and technologies
Shape and Execute Global Account Strategy
- Own and lead annual account planning, identifying growth and “hunt” opportunities
- Build deep relationships with senior and executive stakeholders
- Align global teams behind a clear customer strategy and growth ambition
- Build and convert a strong global pipeline of opportunities
- Lead deal strategy, proposal development, and negotiations
- Identify and unlock cross-sell and upsell opportunities across solutions
- Orchestrate regional sales, technical, and product teams
- Remove roadblocks and mobilise resources to win and deliver
- Align demand planning, capacity, and execution across markets
- Provide strategic insights to influence product innovation and roadmap
- Highlight competitive dynamics and customer pain points
- Drive innovation workshops and position us as a trusted partner of the future
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with customers and internally
- Drive strategic partnership planning with senior customer stakeholders
- Represent your account at global forums and leadership discussions
- Bachelor’s degree required with more than 8 years’ proven experience managing large, strategic or global accounts
- Strong track record of winning complex, high-value deals
- Ability to influence C-suite and senior stakeholders
- Experience working across regions and cross-functional teams
- Commercial acumen with strong pipeline, forecasting, and deal leadership skills
- Background in data centres, infrastructure, or complex B2B solutions (preferred)
