What to do:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QMS Manager to develop, implement and maintain our Quality Management System in accordance with industry standards (eg ISO 9001 & other applicable regulatory requirements). The ideal candidate will work closely with various departments to ensure compliance, drive continuous improvement, support quality audits and

also manages overall global quality management system across regional plants ensure consistent understanding & implementation of global standards while meeting local compliance requirements.

How will you do it:

  • Oversee the QMS framework across global manufacturing plants

  • Manage global certifications like ISO 9001 and other relevant requirements across regions  

  • Collaborate with respective process owners for developing of the global quality standards and managing documentation

  • Regular review of Global Quality Standard and update with Lesson Learnt

  • Create a centralized Quality Management System (QMS) that integrates global and local quality standards ensure compliance, consistency and adaptability across regions

  • Oversee system integrity, access, updates and cross functional collaboration as QMS Administrator

  • Deploy global quality standards through implementing a consistent set of quality criteria, processes and expectations across regions  

  • Enforce global quality standards ensuring compliance and consistency across regions

  • Conduct training global quality standards to regional teams to ensure consistency, compliance and performance across locations

  • Audit local manufacturing plants for ensuring compliance with global standards and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Support other audit processes such as manufacturing audit, product audit, compliance and supplier audit

  • Evaluate the performance of Quality Management System and establish KPIs  

What we look for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management within the HVAC or manufacturing industry.

  • Strong knowledge of quality standards (eg : ISO 9001)

  • Experience with quality tools and methodologies such as FMEA, 8D, SPC and control plans

  • Familiarity with audit processes and regulatory compliance

  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and problem-solving skills

  • Good communication and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in QMS software and Microsoft Office tools

  • Fluent in Chinese and English
