About the Role
We’re looking for a Global Partnerships & Revenue Manager to drive measurable revenue and brand growth through high-impact event marketing, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships. In this role, you’ll bridge marketing and sales, turning events and collaborations into enterprise-level revenue opportunities. You’ll own the sponsorship and partnership strategy end-to-end from identifying and securing partners to managing multi-market activations that amplify visibility, ROI, and sales impact.
Responsibilities- Partnership Revenue Generation: Develop and execute sponsorship and partnership strategies that convert event presence into enterprise revenue.
- Sponsorship Sales & Negotiation: Identify, pitch, and close sponsorship opportunities with key partners and C-level stakeholders; manage long-term partner relationships.
- Lead Acquisition & ICP Targeting: Identify and attract Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) leads to Ahrefs events; collaborate with Sales to ensure these prospects are meaningfully engaged and converted into opportunities.
- Budget & ROI Management: Oversee event and sponsorship budgets ($400K–$1M range), ensuring measurable returns and optimising spend for maximum impact.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and other teams to align event strategy with revenue and pipeline objectives.
- Brand Visibility & PR: Lead brand amplification through top-tier media coverage, event activations, and global industry conferences.
- Performance Tracking: Define, track, and report KPIs for event-driven revenue, lead generation, sponsorship ROI, and brand reach across short, mid, and long-term timeframes.
- Experience in sponsorships, partnerships, or B2B marketing within SaaS, tech, or martech industries.
- Proven success in securing and managing sponsorships, negotiating contracts, and delivering measurable ROI.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with experience managing global stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to connect event strategy to lead generation and pipeline growth.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to event and sponsorship performance.
- Experience working across US, EU, and APAC markets preferred.
- Autonomous, proactive self-starter, able to lead, define, and execute initiatives with minimal direction
