About the Role

We’re looking for a Global Partnerships & Revenue Manager to drive measurable revenue and brand growth through high-impact event marketing, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships. In this role, you’ll bridge marketing and sales, turning events and collaborations into enterprise-level revenue opportunities. You’ll own the sponsorship and partnership strategy end-to-end from identifying and securing partners to managing multi-market activations that amplify visibility, ROI, and sales impact.

Responsibilities
  • Partnership Revenue Generation: Develop and execute sponsorship and partnership strategies that convert event presence into enterprise revenue.
  • Sponsorship Sales & Negotiation: Identify, pitch, and close sponsorship opportunities with key partners and C-level stakeholders; manage long-term partner relationships.
  • Lead Acquisition & ICP Targeting: Identify and attract Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) leads to Ahrefs events; collaborate with Sales to ensure these prospects are meaningfully engaged and converted into opportunities.
  • Budget & ROI Management: Oversee event and sponsorship budgets ($400K–$1M range), ensuring measurable returns and optimising spend for maximum impact.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and other teams to align event strategy with revenue and pipeline objectives.
  • Brand Visibility & PR: Lead brand amplification through top-tier media coverage, event activations, and global industry conferences.
  • Performance Tracking: Define, track, and report KPIs for event-driven revenue, lead generation, sponsorship ROI, and brand reach across short, mid, and long-term timeframes.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience in sponsorships, partnerships, or B2B marketing within SaaS, tech, or martech industries.
  • Proven success in securing and managing sponsorships, negotiating contracts, and delivering measurable ROI.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with experience managing global stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect event strategy to lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to event and sponsorship performance.
  • Experience working across US, EU, and APAC markets preferred.
  • Autonomous, proactive self-starter, able to lead, define, and execute initiatives with minimal direction

What you need to know about the Singapore Tech Scene

The digital revolution has driven a constant demand for tech professionals across industries like software development, data analytics and cybersecurity. In Singapore, one of the largest cities in Southeast Asia, the demand for tech talent is so high that the government continues to invest millions into programs designed to develop a talent pipeline directly from universities while also scaling efforts in pre-employment training and mid-career upskilling to expand and elevate its workforce.
