Job Responsibilities :

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Global Marketing Specialist (Campaigns) to support the execution of co-marketing efforts with top game publishers and help manage global campaigns that drive traffic, revenue, and brand impact. This role plays a key supporting function in executing high-impact activations across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams including Digital, Brand, and Loyalty.
This is an ideal role for a candidate with 1–3 years of marketing experience who is looking to grow into a campaign strategy role and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Campaign Execution Support
  • Assist in implementing the global campaign calendar in partnership with game publishers and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate campaign planning materials, creative asset requests, timelines, and go-live documentation.
  • Support the Senior Regional Marketing Manager in identifying and managing co-marketing opportunities with publishing partners.
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to support campaign setup and performance monitoring across paid media channels.
  • Liaise with Brand and Social teams to ensure consistency of messaging and on-brand execution across owned and earned media.
  • Coordinate with the Loyalty team to integrate rewards or engagement mechanics into selected campaigns.
Regional Activation & Localisation
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to support the localization of global campaigns and ensure timely rollout in priority markets.
  • Support compliance checks and cultural adaptations in asset deployment and messaging.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Help maintain campaign trackers and calendars.
  • Compile campaign results and assist in post-mortem reports, focusing on KPIs like traffic, engagement, bonus uptake, and cost-efficiency.
Key Requirements
  • 1–3 years of marketing experience, ideally in campaign coordination.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work across time zones and functions.
  • Basic understanding of marketing metrics and willingness to grow in campaign performance analysis.
  • Passion for gaming and interest in digital platforms is a strong plus.
