As a Global Facilities Data Analytics Program Manager, you will lead enterprise data architecture, advanced analytics, dashboard development, and automation initiatives. This role requires strong technical expertise in designing and deploying complex PowerBI dashboards in enterprise environments.
This role requires a strong data management background and the ability to translate complex data into concise summaries and dashboards. You should be detail-oriented, with the capability to deliver clear, high-quality data analysis that supports leadership decision-making. A solid understanding of data is essential to identify opportunities for data optimization and benchmarking. The role also requires flexibility, the ability to maintain global relationships, and strong communication and presentation skills.
Major Job Responsibilities:
Data Governance and Architecture

• Design scalable enterprise data models and reporting frameworks.
• Establish KPI definitions and structured data logic.
• Ensure data integrity, performance optimization, and governance standards.
• Drive reporting automation and digital transformation initiatives.

Advanced Dashboard Development

• Design and develop complex PowerBI dashboards with multi-layered data models.
• Write advanced DAX measures and calculated columns.
• Build data transformation pipelines using Power Query (M Language).
• Integrate multiple data sources into structured semantic models.
• Optimize performance for large and complex datasets.
• Deliver executive-level dashboards with drill-down, dynamic filtering, and advanced analytics and visualization logic leveraging machine learning and AI models.

Automation & Digital Solutions

• Develop workflow automation using Power Automate.
• Build business applications using Power Apps.
• Integrate dashboards with automated workflows and scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Proven track record of independently delivering complex, enterprise-scale BI solutions.
• Strong expertise in data modeling, semantic layer design, and scalable analytics architecture.
• Ability to design analytical solutions beyond basic reporting use cases.
• Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end dashboard delivery, from data ingestion through production deployment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous and complex data challenges into clear analytical frameworks.
• Experience working effectively in cross-functional and global environments.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with cost information systems, including SAP and SAP Analytics Cloud Planning (SAC-P).
• Highly collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and highly focused on data accuracy and quality.
• Demonstrates a high level of integrity in managing sensitive and confidential data.
• Culturally aware, with the ability to build long-term trust and working relationships across a global Facilities network.
• Adaptable and resilient in dynamic, fast-changing business environments.
• Continuous improvement mindset, consistently seeking opportunities to enhance efficiency and improve business processes in partnership with stakeholders.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree and above specialized in Engineering, Information systems, Business, or Finance or equivalent experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics is required, with experience applying analytics tools and BI platforms (e.g., Power BI) to build dashboards, models, and analytical insights.
