An exciting opportunity to join the Global Corporate Banking Subsidiary Banking regional coverage team, focusing on the healthcare sector. We seek an exceptional individual to further accelerate the growth of our healthcare portfolio and deliver exceptional service to our healthcare clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare sector clients at the Treasurer and CFO levels, acting as a trusted partner to support their growth and strategic objectives.
- Partnership: Collaborate effectively with colleagues at both global and local levels, spanning coverage and product functions, to deliver cohesive and coordinated solutions to clients.
- Financial Solutions: Provide comprehensive financial solutions across treasury services, market requirements, financing, and investments. Leverage a deep understanding of banking products to meet client needs.
- Business Development: Create forward-looking business plans and maintain existing client relationships to drive new business opportunities.
- Product Marketing: Market a full suite of banking products, including credit products, treasury services, FX, derivatives, commodities, and asset management, through integrated client coverage
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance or Economics or related field.
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience.
- Proven ability to build and develop client relationships, win new business, close transactions, and develop networks, both internally and externally.
- Strong commercial judgment and credit knowledge.
- In-depth corporate finance and banking products, including transaction banking, FX, flow derivatives, and asset management.
- Strong influencing and partnership skills and proven track record of managing cross cultural environments.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Prior experience in multi-national client coverage and/or healthcare sector would be advantageous.
