As a Vice President in the Global Corporate Banking (GCB) team, you will play a pivotal role in managing a dedicated large Japanese corporate portfolio, primarily in the Diversified Industry sector i.e. Healthcare, Industrials etc.. Collaborating closely with various product partners, including Payments, Markets and Investment Banking team, we will work together to maximize firm-wide revenues through cross-selling and achieve target returns for the bank. Your primary focus will be on Debt products (Loans, Syndications and DCM), FX and Rates Derivatives, Commodities Derivatives, Equity Derivatives, Trade & Working Capital Finance, and Core Cash Management and Liquidity products. This role offers you the opportunity to manage the firm's relationship with the Treasurers and Treasury staff of our clients, providing a comprehensive and rewarding experience.

Job Responsibilities
- Acquire, build and maintain a holistic relationship management role with a target client base of 15-20 accounts
- Take accountability to formulate and implement the account plans for the client portfolio working closely with product partners with a cross-sell strategy
- Focus on growing the portfolio, identifying and securing new business opportunities and increasing the bank's share of wallet across the client base
- Partner with Credit Risk team to manage all credit risk related matters
- Conduct comprehensive client analysis to identify business needs that can be met with J.P. Morgan's broad array of corporate banking products across debt capital markets, risk management, treasury and securities services and asset management: Conversion of client analysis into concrete financial solutions
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- At least 6 years of relevant relationship management experience in an corporate banking business with global capabilities
- A proven track record of originating new business
- Solid knowledge of flow derivatives, FX, commodities, transaction banking and securities processing
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong credit structuring/documentation skills
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent Japanese and business level English to communicate effectively with clients in Japan and internally
