As a Vice President in the Trading Services Sales team, you will be part of our broader Securities Services Sales group, working alongside specialists in agency securities financing, collateral management and tri-party products. You will drive sales opportunities by delivering technical solutions across our agency securities financing and collateral management offerings. In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues and clients to identify needs and create tailored strategies that add value.

Job responsibilities
- Deliver a specific target of annualised sales from opportunities across Japan and the region
- Identify and develop target clients to meet new sales goals and advance agency securities financing and collateral management product growth in Japan
- Partner with relationship management and generalist sales teams to maintain and grow business from existing clients and build strategic partnerships to win new opportunities
- Develop in-depth knowledge of clients' business strategies and objectives, ensuring J.P. Morgan contributes to fulfilling those objectives
- Collaborate with Client Service Management, Product Management and Operations teams to drive product development and address product gaps
- Partner with sales teams across JPMorgan to identify and progress new opportunities
- Produce and present agency securities financing and collateral management education sessions to existing and prospective clients
- Develop marketing and thought leadership strategies for the Japan market in partnership with marketing teams and the broader Securities Services organisation
- Represent JPMorgan at internal and external forums and industry events
- Respond to RFIs and RFPs
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in agency securities financing or collateral management
- Detailed technical knowledge of agent lending services provided by custodial banks
- High proficiency in securities financing, OTC derivatives and collateral management
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets in a financial services organisation
- Experience in sales or relationship management within asset management or asset administration
- Strong client management skills
- Effective interpersonal and client relationship skills
- Understanding of global custody, fund services and other securities services products
- Knowledge of financial markets and capital markets
- Superior oral and written communication skills in both business English and Japanese
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience engaging Japanese financial institutions across multiple departments and organisational layers
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment and deliver results through large business infrastructure
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and attention to detail
- Experience in developing and delivering presentations to clients
- Ability to learn and market emerging technologies
- Professional qualifications from reputable training institutes or professional bodies (specify if applicable)
- Effective PC skills (proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Outlook preferred)
