We are looking for a Global Account Manager, CPG to join us. We are open for this role to be based in any of our offices in Asia Pacific.
We are looking for the best sales talent, who understand and personalise the importance and expectation we have, with the highest accountability and engagement, performing and delivering to the highest standards. You will become the "go-to" person for Rockwell Automation sales, internally, externally, with partners, teaching others through example and mentoring, willingness to succeed and exceeding expectations.
You will build and expand the business with our most important customers in the CPG industry, representing Rockwell Automation's comprehensive product, services, software and solutions portfolio to a Global customer who has made a substantial business commitment.
Reporting to Director, Global Industry Sales - CPG, you will support the global partnership development with the Global's corporate influence points and establish Rockwell Automation's value propositions at an executive customer level
Your Responsibilities:
- Represent all of Rockwell Automation's products, solutions and services.
- Work with the Global Account at C-suite levels and convey Rockwell Automation's products and services in a manner which demonstrate tangible economic value, linked to customer goals and KPIs
- Promote business growth through extended teams, affording a balanced selling effort at multiple customer levels of the Global Account.
- Collaborate with Field Sales Management, during the process of leveraging extended geographic sales team.
- Develop a trust-based, mutually beneficial relationship with principal customer sponsors of the Global Account.
- Mature and formalize Global Account relationship expectations and address all Rockwell Automation products and services with a growth strategy for each that maximizes "customer share" across the region.
- Ensure that the Global/Strategic Account has access to all Rockwell Automation resources by establishing excellent working relationships with the product groups/divisions, geographic sales management, international and senior management.
- Provide the annual plan for the Global Account and ensure communication with our teams.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or other related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience selling automation / control / MES / software / information solutions / services / products and consulting in Digital Transformation into the CPG industry.
- Experience pitching sales up to and including the C- Suite.
- Ability to Travel at least 50% of the time
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Global / Asia Pacific sales experience
- Proven ability to work/thrive within complex matrixed organizations
