Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering GenAI‑driven digital engagement projects, including content generation, testing and workflow support.
- Assist in reviewing GenAI-generated content for tone, factual accuracy and adherence to communication standards.
- Identify and escalate content issues promptly to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain clear documentation of review outcomes and feedback.
- Track and report digital engagement effectiveness, supporting insights and continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
Who are we looking for :
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong communication skills.
- Working knowledge of GenAI tools and workflows, with practical understanding of their role in content creation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Effective communicator and team player, able to collaborate across diverse functions.
- Strong command of English and Mandarin languages, with proficient verbal and written communication skills
Education / Experience Requirements
- A degree in Banking, Business Management or any business-adjacent fields.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
- Knowledge of programming (SAS, Python) will be an added advantage.
