Job Description

Private Bank Digital Advisory Internship

About the Team

The Private Bank Digital Advisory department applies data science, traditional AI/ML, and generative AI to advisory processes. The team focuses on enhancing human judgment with consistent, value‑adding insights, while exploring how automation can improve personalization, scalability, and client engagement in a responsible and well‑governed manner.

Our work brings together investment expertise, technology, and workflow design to support the delivery of digital advisory solutions within a private banking environment.

The Internship Experience

This internship is designed for university students who are interested in learning how investment advisory processes are supported by data, technology, and AI in a real‑world setting.

You will work as part of a small project team and be guided by experienced professionals across investment, product, and technology functions. The role emphasizes learning, structured thinking, and collaboration, with opportunities to contribute to ongoing initiatives while developing a practical understanding of digital advisory work.

Duration: 3 to 6 months, starting immediately

  • Assist scaling proof‑of‑concept digital advisory and client engagement frameworks.

  • Help consolidate and organize inputs from Investment Products & Solutions and the Chief Investment Office to support advisory workflow development.

  • Assist the team in coordinating with internal stakeholders as digital advisory solutions are developed and tested.

  • Core asset allocation concepts and investment/product recommendation processes, learning directly from industry practitioners.

  • How data scientists and AI engineers collaborate with business teams to design and build digital tools.

  • The practical application of generative AI as part of broader advisory workflows, rather than as a standalone technology.

  • Cross‑department collaboration across investment, product, and technology teams in a structured enterprise environment.

  • Professional skills such as problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement.

Who Should Apply

This internship is suitable for students who:

  • Are currently pursuing a university degree in fields such as business, economics, finance, data, engineering, or related disciplines.
