Key Responsibilities

Create and manage quotations and opportunities in the ERP system, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
Accurately create and maintain Sales Orders within the ERP system.
Proactively escalate and follow up on unmet customer requirements to ensure timely resolution.
Handle complex customer inquiries through phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
Maintain excellent communication with customers and internal stakeholdersDevelop understanding of customer requirements and relationship with customersSupport system / projects testing (UAT/RIT) and resolve recurring system issues (e.g., B2B, ASN).Develop knowledge of AMAT products
