Game Designer (Product Manager)

Responsibilities

• Own the game’s product roadmap, and feature priorities.
• Act as the primary advocate for the game product, balancing player experience with business objectives.
• Analyze player behavior and feedback, to drive data-informed improvements.
• Ensure game balance, pacing, and long-term engagement through analytics and iteration.
• Implement, and maintain gameplay systems that create strong flow states, engaging loops, and balanced risk/reward.
• Create and maintain clear design documentation, including outlines, diagrams, and visual mockups for gameplay features.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and artists to ensure high-quality implementation of designed features.

Requirements

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, or other related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in game/product design, revenue, finance, or analysis.
• Strong in data analysis and logical thinking.
• Critical thinker who comprehends various perspectives and excels at evaluating information objectively.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and enthusiastic.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passionate about playing and creating games.
