Responsibilities
- Own the game’s product roadmap, and feature priorities.
- Act as the primary advocate for the game product, balancing player experience with business objectives.
- Analyze player behavior and feedback, to drive data-informed improvements.
- Ensure game balance, pacing, and long-term engagement through analytics and iteration.
- Implement, and maintain gameplay systems that create strong flow states, engaging loops, and balanced risk/reward.
- Create and maintain clear design documentation, including outlines, diagrams, and visual mockups for gameplay features.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and artists to ensure high-quality implementation of designed features.
Requirements
- Minimum a bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, or other related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in game/product design, revenue, finance, or analysis.
- Strong in data analysis and logical thinking.
- Critical thinker who comprehends various perspectives and excels at evaluating information objectively.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and enthusiastic.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Passionate about playing and creating games.
