Game Designer / Chief Mathematician 游戏设计师 / 首席数学家

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a strong combination of game design thinking and advanced probability and mathematical modeling expertise to join our team as a Game Designer / Chief Mathematician. This role is responsible for the end-to-end design of mathematical models for Slots and Casual Games, including RTP frameworks, volatility structures, and core gameplay mechanics.

The position works closely with product, engineering, and commercial teams to develop game products with long-term sustainability and competitive value.

• Design and optimize mathematical models for Slots and Casual Games

• Develop and manage RTP, volatility, and payout structures

• Create and innovate core gameplay mechanics based on mathematical logic

• Ensure game models are stable, compliant, and controllable

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align game design with product goals

• Analyze player behavior and performance data to improve game balance and engagement

• Document and maintain mathematical logic and design specifications

This position plays a critical role in determining:

• Overall gameplay quality and engagement

• Long-term player retention

• Safety, compliance, and control of game mathematics

• Strong background in mathematics, probability, statistics, or a related field

• Experience in game design, game mathematics, or mathematical modeling

• Solid understanding of RTP, volatility, and game balance principles

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams

• Experience in Slots or Casual Games is a strong advantage
