As an FX Counsellor at OCBC, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing expert guidance and support to help them achieve their goals. How you succeed To excel in this role, you'll need to develop a deep understanding of our clients' needs and goals. This involves building strong relationships, identifying opportunities to add value, and providing tailored solutions that meet their unique requirements. You'll also need to stay up-to-date with market trends and developments, using this knowledge to inform your advice and guidance. What you do Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Meeting with clients to understand their foreign exchange needs and goals - Providing expert advice and guidance on foreign exchange products and services - Developing and implementing tailored solutions to meet clients' needs - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders - Staying up-to-date with market trends and developments, and using this knowledge to inform your advice and guidance Who you are - A degree in a relevant field, such as finance or economics - At least 3 years of experience in a foreign exchange or banking role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders - A deep understanding of foreign exchange markets and products - The ability to think critically and develop creative solutions to complex problems - A strong focus on customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional results Who We Are As Singapore's longest established bank, we have been dedicated to enabling individuals and businesses to achieve their aspirations since 1932.
