The Functional System Analyst will engage with stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements, collaborate with developers, conduct system testing, support user acceptance testing, and assist in training end-users while maintaining project documentation.
- Familiar with Detica product modules e..g detection modules, workflows, how screen and UI impact, configurations e.g. setting up Name screening logic, threshold, fuzzy logic matching rules.
- Finger printing logic, watchlist set up org unit set up
- Familiar with Fenergo customer risk scoring module, workflow set up from account opening, trigger event review and period review
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze and document functional requirements.
- Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure a solid understanding of requirements and help guide the development process.
- Conduct system testing to ensure that the final product meets the specified requirements.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by preparing test cases, test scripts, and documentation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhancements based on functional analysis.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including system requirements, functional specifications, and user manuals.
- Assist in training end-users and create instructional materials regarding system functionalities.
