Develop and optimize internal frontend pages and applications on the companys low-code platform. Build engineering tooling to improve business efficiency, refactor frontend architecture for stability and scalability, and collaborate with product, design, and QA to ensure quality and fast delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development and optimization of internal system frontend pages.
- Build, develop, and optimize applications on the company’s internal low-code platform.
- Develop efficiency engineering platforms to improve business quality and efficiency through tools and process design.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to ensure product quality and development speed.
- Continuously refactor and optimize the frontend architecture of internal systems to enhance system stability, scalability, and user experience.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of frontend development experience, or outstanding fresh graduates.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript.
- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript programming; familiar with frontend debugging tools; able to accurately translate design mockups into high-fidelity pages; possess good coding practices as well as API and architecture design skills; experienced in JavaScript performance optimization and resolving cross-browser compatibility issues.
- Proficient in React with an understanding of its underlying mechanisms; experienced with Git; familiar with Node.js and Webpack; knowledgeable in frontend modularization and engineering practices.
- Basic knowledge of backend development or relevant project experience.
- Rigorous work attitude, strong passion for technology, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Nice to Have:
- Skilled at using tools, with an interest or experience in engineering efficiency, user experience, performance optimization, or information security.
- Cross-language development abilities.
- Experience developing internal systems (such as approval workflows, HR, payroll, finance, data analysis, etc.).
- Experience using or developing low-code platforms.
- Passionate about B2B (enterprise-facing) business.
