Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Specialized Writer to create engaging, informative, and compliant content for our Financial Lifestyle Services (FLS) division, focusing specifically on insurance products and services. This role will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives that educate consumers, build trust, and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the insurance industry, exceptional writing skills, and a passion for simplifying complex financial concepts.
Responsibilities:
- Content Creation:
- Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for a variety of content formats, including:
- articles
- Website copy and landing pages
- Email marketing campaigns
- Social media content
- Video scripts
- Infographics
- Adapt writing style and tone to suit different audiences and platforms.
- Ensure all content is accurate, grammatically correct, and adheres to brand guidelines.
- Insurance Expertise:
- Develop a deep understanding of our company's insurance products and services.
- Research and understand complex insurance concepts, regulations, and industry trends.
- Translate complex information into clear, concise, and easy-to-understand language for consumers.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in insurance laws and regulations.
- Compliance:
- Ensure all content is compliant with insurance regulations and advertising guidelines.
- Work closely with compliance officers to review and approve content.
- Maintain a strong understanding of ethical considerations in insurance marketing.
- Audience Understanding:
- Develop a deep understanding of our target audience, their needs, and their concerns related to insurance.
- Write content that addresses common questions and misconceptions about insurance.
- Create content that resonates with different demographics and life stages.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing managers, sales teams, designers, and compliance officers to develop and execute content plans.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
- Provide feedback on content created by other team members.
- SEO & Content Optimization:
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines.
- Use data and analytics to track content performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of the insurance industry and its products and services.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
