What you do
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Meeting with customers to understand their financial goals and needs
- Providing expert advice on our products and services, including savings accounts, debit cards, and student loans
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities to promote our products and services, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets
- Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas

Who you are
- A degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners
- A strong understanding of financial products and services, with the ability to provide expert advice and guidance
- A proactive and customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
