Job Description Summary

The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function is core in supporting the APAC leadership team with timely and relevant financial analysis for strategic business decisions.
In this diverse, yet visible regional role, you will be responsible for supporting the reporting, consolidation and analysis of financial information to Regional Management and Global Finance as well as business partnering with regional management in providing support for financial analysis and planning / forecasting. It is also critical that the successful candidate is adaptive and detail oriented to enable dynamic and accurate reporting on APAC’s financial performance.

About the role:

  • Supporting the reporting, consolidation and analysis of APAC regional monthly results
  • Supporting the reporting, consolidation and analysis of APAC regional annual operating plan and forecast
  • Providing analytical support for APAC leadership
  • APAC FP&A Business Partner to country FP&A and Financial Controllers and other C&W stakeholders with meeting monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc financial information requests from Group
  • Essbase/Hyperion system coding and mapping understanding and other requirements such as training.
  • Optimise and maintain continuous improvement of the reporting requirements e.g. Power BI
  • Provide additional support for APAC FPA team where necessary

About you:

  • Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Proven track record in providing accurate and detailed FP&A deliverables within deadlines
  • Self-starter, fast learner, problem solver, confident and able to navigate a complex organization
  • Ability to identify and drive process improvements
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
  • Strong acumen with financial systems, prior experience in Hyperion / Essbase / JDE / Workday / Power BI advantageous
  • Proficient/ advanced in MS Office Excel and PowerPoint
