What we’re looking for: 

In this role you will have opportunities to build hands-on experience on advanced wafer fab process nodes, gain deep professional skill-set of using sophisticated industrial software and hardware to develop and characterize semiconductor devices, and extend your knowledge base to circuit and physical designs. Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Perform wafer level characterizations on semiconductor devices (MOSFET, Diode, Resistor, Capacitor, BJT etc) and basic circuits.

  • Design layout structures to evaluate new process and debug design or manufacturing issues.

  • Analyze device silicon data for testchip projects, NPI yield debug and report to cross-functional teams.

  • Support new fab process bring-up and design database tapeout.

Qualifications/Skills you'll need:

  • Master’s or PhD degree in EE, Physics, Material Science or related.

  • Deep understanding of solid-state physics and semiconductor device physics.

  • Strong knowledge of statistics, including probability theory, sampling, confidence intervals.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to work multi-tasks mode.
