Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Assist in creating small experimental flavor samples by following recipes developed by Flavorists.
- Make sure all experimental flavors are ready for evaluation and meet final specifications.
- Adhere strictly to the formulations provided by the Flavorist team.
- Confirm that all required measurements and specifications are accurately recorded.
- Oversee the laboratory’s stock of flavoring raw materials, ensuring proper storage and organization.
- Check that all raw materials are within their shelf life to guarantee freshness.
- Ensure only fresh, approved raw materials are used in the preparation of flavors.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Diploma in Science (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or Food Technology)
- At least 1 year of internship experience in the Flavor industry or similar role.
- Knowledge in lab practices, and housekeeping
- Proficient in MS Office tools.
- Effective communicate skills across all levels of the organization.
- Possess good olfactory and gustatory capability
- Strong numeracy, accurate weighing, and best laboratory practices.
